We launched in 2019 with a simple belief: business should be a force for good. We’re proud to be a Certified B Corp, creating hospitality‑led spaces that put people and planet alongside profit. Today we operate 15 coworking, event, and members’ club spaces across London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, supporting a vibrant community of 5,000+ members - with more launches on the horizon!

This is a 2 month fixed term contract (Mon‑Fri 8/5 or 9/6), and is based at our stunning Unity Place site in Milton Keynes, which is minutes from the train station and also offers free onsite parking.

As the Community Associate, you will be based on our reception desk to warmly welcome and support our members and their guests. During peak times you will meet and greet all visitors in the main foyer and escort them to our floor – this is where your people skills will come into force, as we want every guest to feel at ease from the second they arrive. While on the desk, you will also respond to email enquiries from members, support the team with engagement events, log any maintenance issues and help set up equipment and furniture for a range of meetings and events.

Located in the heart of Unity Place, our workspace is modern, bright and big – it is equivalent to an entire football pitch in size! Designed to encourage collaboration, wellbeing and sustainability, the open‑plan space has a mix of flexible workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms and event spaces. The team are incredibly supportive (and lots of fun!), they have worked really hard to create a thriving community where ambitious businesses and professionals come together to connect, collaborate and celebrate!

As the first person our members engage with, you will understand what exceptional service looks like, and how to achieve that. Your friendly and enthusiastic nature is infectious, and everyone you interact with walks away a little happier. Ideally you have previous experience in a coworking or hospitality environment, are available to start ASAP and can commit to a 2 month contract.

In return, you’ll get to work in a beautifully designed space with great coffee, lots of plants, and a genuinely supportive (and social!) team who care about creating brilliant experiences for members, while still having fun along the way!

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences and believe diverse perspectives make our community stronger. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
