This is a hands-on role where you'll be trusted to spot opportunities, solve problems, and make things happen. Although predominantly based on our front desk, you will be free to roam and proactively assist across the site as needed.
- Respond to email enquiries from members.
- Coordinate member engagement events.
- Manage stock/supplies.
- Log any maintenance issues.
- Set up equipment and furniture for events.
- Ensure all AV/tech across the site is functioning as it should be.
The space: Set within a stunning Georgian townhouse in the heart of Grosvenor Gardens, a short walk from Victoria, Fivefields is a large site that spans five beautifully designed floors. It is a unique site within our portfolio as it is a home for charities, social enterprises, and purpose-driven organisations. Our members enjoy a private library, a large versatile event space and a very charming roof terrace.
The bit about you: As the first person our members engage with, you will understand what exceptional service looks like and how to achieve that. Your friendly and enthusiastic nature is infectious, and everyone who interacts with you walks away a little happier. You enjoy being kept on your toes and are the go‑to person for any AV or tech issues – you are happiest moving around the site, will jump in if tables need to be rearranged for an event and will definitely be the team member who wants to investigate the strange noise coming from the plant room. Ideally you have previous experience in a coworking environment. Are keen to start ASAP.
