About the role
Based on the main ground floor reception desk of our stunning Marble Arch site, you will be across everything that happens within the building.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and members entering the building.
- Respond to and action email enquiries from current and prospective members.
- Support event coordination.
- Manage member access and warmly welcome any VIPs.
- Build relationships with third‑party stakeholders such as local businesses, building and maintenance contractors.
- Assist with any ad‑hoc member queries.
About You
- Positive, engaging and solution‑based approach.
- Consistent demonstration of patience, composure and kindness, even on busy days.
- Experience in a front‑of‑house position for a premium hospitality brand or co‑working provider.
