It has been designed with style, comfort and exclusivity in mind and blends refined interiors with panoramic views of the city. At eighteen, members enjoy access to a range of curated events, seasonal food and drink menus and an environment that encourages connection, collaboration, and an escape from the ordinary.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic F&B Assistant to join the team on a part time casual basis, ideally available for 15‑25 hours per week. This varied generalist role involves supporting the front of house team with daily service, helping behind the bar when required, warmly welcoming event delegates, and assisting with overall event coordination.
You come to work with an energetic, positive outlook and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to assist the team with whatever is needed. Ideally you have experience working as part of a busy restaurant floor team within a premium hospitality setting, and are a natural people person who exudes warmth and charm. You are well presented and understand what exceptional service looks like.
