The Arding Rooms is x+why’s newest Private Members Club, located within the beautifully restored Arding & Hobbs building in the heart of Clapham Junction. Blending the iconic Art Deco era, with a modern creative spirit, The Arding Rooms is a space where high end hospitality meets community, comfort and style.
We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join us on a part time casual basis for approx 20/25 hours per week, (mostly evening and weekend shifts),to help shape the guest experience.
The bit about the role:
- Warmly welcome all members and guests with a friendly, personal and professional service.
- Serve a range of drinks with confidence, knowledge and charm.
- Ensure the bar area is well presented, fully stocked and running smoothly.
- Work events, private functions and busy evenings with a calm head and speedy hands.
The bit about you:
- We would love you to have at least 2 years bar experience in a premium hospitality setting.
- You know your drinks! From classic cocktails, spirits and wine to sparkling and beer.
- You show up when you say you will and and make an effort to get to know our members.
- Being part of a successful team who helps each other when needed is how you work best.
- Cocktail experience is preferred but not essential – training will be given if needed.
