Mission of the Position
The Renewals Coordinator will support the renewal process for Xurrent’s customer base, focusing on accurate and timely contract renewals. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced SaaS environment. The Renewals Coordinator will work closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to track renewals, assist in contract preparation, and ensure smooth communication with internal stakeholders and customers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in commercial operations, customer engagement, and contract management.
Responsibilities
- Renewal Coordination: Monitor and track upcoming renewals, ensuring deadlines are met and necessary documentation is prepared. Support timely and accurate processing of renewals in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain up-to-date records of renewal activities and provide status updates to the team. Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure renewal processes move forward smoothly.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams to ensure all renewal-related activities are completed accurately.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing renewal reports for leadership, including status updates and renewal forecasts. Identify and escalate any issues or risks related to renewals in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Internship or part-time experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or coordination role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with support and guidance.
- Coachable, eager to learn, and willing to ask questions to ensure success.
- Team-oriented and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
