About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be the sole dedicated designer working across five pillars, partnering directly with Product Managers and engineering leads to take features from early discovery through to shipped, polished experiences. You will also help shape how design works at Xtremepush going forward, including establishing design processes from the ground up with AI embedded as part of the workflow, not bolted on afterward. This is a hybrid role, requiring office attendance in our London office (2 days a week).

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Product Design
    • Own end-to-end UX design across CRM, CDP, Governance, Gamify, and Loyalty, working closely with Product Managers and Engineering.
    • Take features from discovery through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity design, and developer handoff.
    • Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library across the platform.
  • Research & Discovery
    • Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing, and synthesise findings into actionable product direction.
    • Use research insight to inform prioritisation and design decisions across all five pillars.
  • Process & AI Integration
    • Establish scalable product design processes, incorporating AI tools and techniques into research, prototyping, and workflow.
    • Identify and integrate AI tools that increase design throughput without compromising quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with engineering leads on feasibility, scoping, and implementation quality.
    • Champion design quality and UX consistency as the company scales.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership: research through to shipped product.
  • Experience designing for complex, data-heavy, or workflow-driven products (martech, fintech, or similar preferred).
  • Comfortable working autonomously as the sole design resource, prioritising across multiple stakeholders and pillars.
  • Hands-on experience with or strong interest in applying AI tools within the design process.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting design decisions to product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience building or evolving design systems.
  • Bonus: experience in iGaming, sports betting, or financial services.

Location: London, UK. This is a hybrid role, requiring office attendance (2 days a week).
