We are looking for an Events Manager to develop and execute a global event strategy that strengthens Xtremepush's brand, accelerates lead generation, and builds strong industry relationships, especially in the iGaming sector. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee conferences, trade shows, partner events, and virtual forums. Ideal candidates have exceptional project management, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering highâimpact events that support sales and marketing goals. This is a hybrid role that requires travel for events.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine the annual event calendar aligned with Xtremepush's broader marketing and business objectives, focusing on events in the iGaming sector.
- Conduct market research to identify relevant industry events and sponsorship opportunities that maximise brand exposure.
- Lead the endâtoâend event lifecycle: venue selection, vendor negotiations, booth design, onâsite logistics, speaker/panel coordination, etc.
- Manage event budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI while maintaining high quality standards.
- Oversee logistics such as shipping, travel arrangements, registration, and onâsite staff coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling event messaging, branded collateral, and additional content that support company objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all event touchpoints, from preâevent promotions to onâsite experiences and postâevent followâups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event organisers, sponsors, partners, and vendors to secure premium opportunities and negotiate favourable terms.
- Identify and collaborate with industry influencers, keynote speakers, and panelists, especially those with expertise in the iGaming sector.
- Define and track event KPIsâlead quality and volume, brand awareness, attendee satisfactionâand report regularly to marketing and leadership.
- Leverage postâevent analytics and feedback to refine strategies, improve processes, and optimise future event performance.
- Minimum of 5â7 years of experience managing largeâscale B2B events, conferences, trade shows, and virtual events, preferably in SaaS or tech industry.
- Demonstrable success in planning and executing events within the iGaming or related entertainment/gaming sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and integration of events into broader campaigns.
- Understanding of CRM and Loyalty software markets is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, juggling multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven track record of managing and optimising event budgets effectively to drive ROI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Dataâdriven mindset, setting measurable goals, analyzing results, and developing action plans.
- Willingness to travel to events as needed.
- Comfortable with a fastâpaced environment and adaptable to changes.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland or London/Milton Keynes, UK.
