We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our New Business Sales team. This critical front-end role will require the successful candidate to generate leads and conduct discovery conversations with potential clients to understand their business needs and objectives. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and delivering qualified prospects to the Sales team.
If you are a highly driven and ambitious individual, who will strive to consistently achieve and over‑achieve targets - we'd love to hear from you! This role will work closely with employees across all levels on the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities
- Driving brand awareness to build, fuel and manage a pipeline of potential prospects
- Engaging with and conducting discovery conversations with potential customers/decision makers to uncover business needs
- Achieving and exceeding monthly targets for generating qualified leads
- Learning and managing proven sales processes to generate new opportunities
- Leveraging a range of sales tools to prospect into key verticals and geographies
- Learning our technology and case studies to understand and deliver our unique value proposition
Your Experience and Qualifications
- 1-2 years previous experience as an SDR/BDA
- A confident and coachable individual
- The ability to work autonomously and be a true self‑starter
- Thrive in a fast paced and start‑up environment
- Strong interest in lead generation/outbound sales
- Experience in utilising sales enablement platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn etc.
- A logical and methodical individual, who displays urgency, a bias for action and curiosity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding and interest in digital technology (websites, social media, mobile apps, marketing)
- Fluent in English
Location: Hybrid role located in London, with two days per week on-site.
