About the Role

As an associate product manager at Xtremepush, you will report directly to the Director of Product. You will be responsible for the CDP product roadmap and will work directly with relevant development teams to help guide design and delivery. You will work collaboratively with the other members of the product team to ensure alignment in delivery across the teams. Our CDP covers our ability to integrate with other platforms for all kinds of use cases, from data flows into the platform from partners to orchestration of promotion engines and other external platforms. You will work with the Director of Product and wider business stakeholders to ensure we have roadmaps that help achieve the overarching goal of remaining the iGaming category leader into 2026 and beyond. This will require you to use your experience and your ability to closely collaborate with stakeholders around the business and at third party providers to ensure a focused, properly prioritised roadmap for these features and integrations. As a new member of the team, you will get the chance to work with the Director of Product and the other experienced members of the product team on iteratively improving team processes, lines of communication both within the team and across the wider business, prioritisation frameworks, impact measurement and more. You will be a representative of the product team within the wider business and will work with the Director of Product to help mature the businesses approach to product development. This is a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

  • CDP Roadmap Ownership: Take ownership of the product roadmap for our CDP, working with the Director of Product and wider business stakeholders to ensure effective prioritisation, sequencing and alignment. Work on processes that effectively communicate the roadmap including targeted delivery dates of key features, highlights of completed research and trade-off decisions that have been taken, or need to be taken with the help of senior stakeholders.
  • Team Processes: Ensure a clear and concise understanding of the team’s processes in the wider business, continually reviewing them and suggesting improvements to efficiency in use of the resources available.
  • Platform Usage Understanding: Use your expertise and day-to-day use of the platform to help with the planning, prioritisation and execution of our product roadmap. Take an active role along with the wider product team and the Director of Product in the use of internal tooling to help with the research, evaluation and understanding parts of the product process.
  • Product Team Development: Play an active role in collaborating with the wider product team and the Director of Product to identify ways that the product function can continue to evolve in line with the growth of the wider business, helping to implement solutions that improve processes and therefore efficiency.
  • Development Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with relevant teams around the business to ensure product deliveries are supported effectively from a go to market, ongoing usage and impact measurement perspective. Take an active role in the development of our product research process, working closely with other members of the product team as well as our product designer and marketing teams.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of working in a data related project or product management role or a relevant degree in product management.
  • Comprehensive and demonstrable understanding of data products like CDPs, analytics dashboards, databases and AI.
  • Well organised, clear communicator capable of working with many different types of stakeholders across the business.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and obvious natural tendency to take ownership of projects and pride in the work being done.
  • Good understanding and solid interest in research and user experience as a key part of building world class data products.
