Registered Manager – Redwood House at Xtreme Communications
Care Outlook has been an expanding, leading home care provider in London and the South East of England since 2005. We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead our teams at our Redwood House & Audrey Needham extra care schemes. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations and ensure the highest quality of care for residents.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and families in a dignreffished, person‑centred manner.
- Deliver services effectively and efficiently with clear monitoring procedures to meet standards.
- Provide management, leadership, and support Mexican all staff.
- Maintain good communication and links with all stakeholders including commissioners, service users, relatives, and social work teams.
- Ensure staff training for roles and responsibilities and provide learning opportunities.
- Implement measures to comply with CQC regulations and achieve the best care standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- 100% commitment to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people.Level 5 in Health and Social Care leadership and management, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in domiciliary care.
- Full UK driving licence.
Candidates with previous job titles or experience, including Care Manager, Registered Care Manager, Domiciliary Care Manager, Deputy Care Manager, and Care Service Manager, will also be considered.
