Care Assistant – Extra Care Scheme, Hale End, GU22
Join Care Outlook as a Care Assistant and help improve the lives of vulnerable and elderly residents in our Extra Care Scheme.
What We Offer
- £12.21 per hour, £13.00 for weekends and nights
- £300 Refer a Friend Bonus*
- Excellent training for Care Certificate & ongoing professional development
- 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
- 4 weekly payroll
- Full time and part time available
Shift Times
- 07:00 to 14:00
- 14:00 to 22:00
- 22:00 to 07:00
- Every other Saturday and Sunday mandatory for all staff
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing, etc.)
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Observe, monitor, and keep records
Qualifications
- Caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate
- 100% committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people
- Authorised to work in the UK; no sponsorship provided
- No experience necessary; full training provided
