Care Outlook, an expanding leading home‑care provider in London and the South East of England, is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our services in the Hackney branch. The role involves implementing field‑based quality control systems and supporting Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Spot check carers in the community, identify good practice and report training concerns to the registered manager.
- Deliver high standards of care across the service area.
- Participate in the paid on‑call rota.
- Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans.
- Build relationships with care staff and service users.
- Assist the registered manager in preparing for local authority and CQC inspections.
- Support the care coordinator with any additional duties as required.

Qualifications & Preferences

- Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or at least 2 years working in health and social care (preferred).
