What Will the Successful Candidate Be Like?

You’ll be able to demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of the VMware by Broadcom Portfolio of products, having engaged with customers to implement solutions based on the customer’s specific use case and requirements. As part of a wider team your role will facilitate our customer’s journey towards emerging technology solutions and supporting them through today’s complex digital world.

Key Responsibilities and Core Objectives

  • The role supports Xtravirt’s strategy and team plans by championing, identifying and driving opportunities to support transition, growth and retention of customers to lifecycle relationships, collaborating with other teams to achieve the collective goals
  • The role is a key contributor to ongoing success for our customers, customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scoring targets
  • The role facilitates the customer’s journey towards emerging technology solutions and supporting them through today’s complex digital world

Qualifications and Experience - Essential

You’ll be able to demonstrate a good understanding, knowledge and experience of the VMware by Broadcom core products, infrastructure and other adjacent products or technologies. You should have engaged with customers to implement products based on the customer’s specific use case and requirements.

The position requires good technical knowledge along with communication skills across areas such as:

  • VMware vSphere
  • VMware NSX
  • VMware HCX
  • VMware Site Recovery Manager
  • VMware Aria Operations & Automation

Qualifications and Experience - Desirable

All customers are focused on their desired business outcomes which extend beyond the deployment of technologies. Therefore, having expanded knowledge, experience and skills will assist you in ensuring the technology is successfully adopted and customer goals are achieved.

Expanded Infrastructure Deployment / Operate Manage and Readiness Skills

  • VMware Live Recovery
  • VMware vSphere with Tanzu
  • VMware AVI Advanced Load Balancer
  • VMware Advanced Network and Security Services
  • VMware vSphere Replication
  • Private AI with NVIDIA
  • Product lifecycle processes, such as certificate replacement, password rotation and product upgrades
