Volunteer Manager – Feminist Human Rights Platform
Join to apply for the Volunteer Manager role at XTRADEFACTORY GMBH.
This volunteer manager role will help us organise the many well‑intentioned, skilled and talented volunteers who support our causes and campaigns by giving generously of their time.
We believe that art and creativity can change lives by helping to heal trauma and the damage caused by social injustice. You\’ll be helping to change lives and raise awareness of the experience of women in the justice system, whose stories are often hard to hear, but essential for radical reform to create a fairer society.
The View Magazine is a social enterprise campaigning platform for women in the justice system, as victims or offenders. Started by three incarcerated women in 2020, The View focuses on the rights of women and reframes the narrative of women affected by the justice system by publishing information that is accessible to everyone, spreading awareness, and promoting creativity through visual arts, creative writing, poetry and more.
You will be helping in coordinating and keeping track of all aspects of the productivity within the organisation. By helping and organising volunteers, The View will be more efficient in running and growing our platform and will help grow awareness of the issues women are confronted with, as victims of crimes or women who have committed crimes.
