Possess certain market analysis, marketing planning, and product promotion capabilities, with experience in formulating and executing effective sales strategies.
Strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions; strong leadership to manage teams and drive collaboration. Demonstrate an overall perspective and foresight to identify long-term market opportunities and respond to market changes. Priority is given to candidates with experience in automotive diagnostic products, automotive repair market, or automotive tool agency industry.
