XTB - the largest Polish investment fintech with a global footprint, is looking for a Head of Virality & Customer Engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for strategy, roadmap and delivery of Virality and Customer Engagement program and features, turning ideas into measurable user and revenue growth. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and will lead a 20+ people team consisting of both product & engineering professionals.

- Building growth engines: referral loops, viral features, educational & habit-forming feature sets and loyalty mechanisms.
- Getting things done: leverage AI to iterate fast, experiment and deliver results.
- Data-based decision making: translate data insights into clear, prioritised product bets.
- Ship at scale: oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, dependency management and stakeholder communication.
- Raise the bar: recruit, coach and develop high-performing talent; establish best-practice rituals for delivery, design thinking and data-driven decision-making.

- Great taste in beautiful UX and UI implementations.
- Understanding of how engineering teams work and what outputs they can deliver, ability to challenge and raise the bar for delivery speed.
