As a Junior Account Manager (Thai speaking), you play a crucial role within XTB’s client acquisition and retention strategy for its Thailand business unit in London. You will be responsible for developing your own portfolio of trading and investing clients with our Thailand branch, providing them with personalized support, market analysis, and product education to meet quarterly revenue targets.
Responsibilities:- Converting new qualified leads into traded clients
- Retaining active clients through ongoing relationship building and support
- Establishing and building introducing broker relationships
- Maintaining an understanding of current market direction, key levels on popular markets, and events impacting price action
- Assisting in the organization of educational events
- Providing daily reactive support to all XTB clients, including telephone calls, chat, emails, and educational events
- Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken)
- University degree, preferably in finance or a related field
- Sales-oriented background, ideally within finance, banking, or FX, with a proven track record and strong self-motivation
- Excellent planning, organisational, and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Legal right to work in the UK (EU passport or valid UK visa)
