As a Junior Account Manager (Thai speaking), you will play a crucial role within XTB’s client acquisition and retention strategy for its Thailand business unit in London. You will be responsible for:
- Developing your own portfolio of trading & investing clients with our Thailand branch
- Providing personalized support, market analysis, and product education to meet quarterly revenue targets
- Retaining active clients through ongoing relationship building and support
- Establishing and building introducing broker relationships
- Providing daily reactive support to all XTB clients, including telephone calls, chat, emails, and educational events
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken)
- University degree, preferably in finance or a related field
- Sales-oriented background, ideally within finance, banking, or FX, with a proven track record and strong self-motivation
- Excellent planning, organisational, and strategic thinking abilities
- Legal right to work in the UK (EU passport or valid UK visa)
