XTB is seeking a content and video marketing specialist who will play a key role in driving the next stage of the XTB brand’s growth across all social media and content channels, as we rapidly expand our local presence to capture the new wave of millennial and Generation Z investors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketer ready to step up and make a tangible impact at one of the world’s leading multi-asset retail brokers.
About the Role
As a content and video marketing specialist, you will play a key role in managing our video content creation and social media channels, with a specific focus on creating content that drives our brand proposition - WHERE YOUR MONEY WORKS. This is an amazing chance to shape our social media accounts in the UK from a low level of visibility to all new levels as we rapidly scale our marketing and advertising activities over the coming years. With a significant influencer engagement program already established, you’ll have superb opportunities for broad collaboration with major influencers in the UK as well as our brand ambassadors Tyson Fury and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Collaborating closely with the UK Marketing team and creative designers at HQ, you will optimise and scale our social media engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn etc. You will also be responsible for content creation with a specific emphasis on video, so you’ll need to have excellent editing skills and a keen eye on what drives engagement amongst Gen Z and Millennials in a helpful way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Channel marketing, strategy and content management
- Video content creation and editing via Adobe Premiere and Capcut
- Support on affiliate marketing and influencer partner marketing activities through content creation and by developing new campaigns with partners.
- Support our digital content team, campaigns and customer engagement.
- Coordination of UK local marketing tasks and collaboration with HQ Marketing teams, designers, analysts and product owners.
- Deliver monthly reporting providing insights for social media and promotional performance.
- Support the UK marketing team on the creation and launch of quarterly marketing campaigns across OOH, Radio and Podcast.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to assure the partnership marketing targets are met
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 2yrs in social media marketing and video content creation (content, engagement, campaigns) with any experience in a finance, crypto or investment field preferred.
- English speaking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- A can do mindset with an eye for taking ownership, creative thinking and data/tracking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- A preferable interest in the financial and investments sector.
- Eligibility to work legally within the UK (UK citizenship, pre-settled or settled status).
