A Partnerships Manager at XTB plays a strategic role in identifying, creating, and managing key partnerships to accelerate business growth. This position requires a dynamic professional who can balance relationship management, strategic negotiation, and execution excellence. You will be responsible for driving collaboration with external partners in Thailand, ensuring that all partnership initiatives contribute to XTB Thailand’s brand visibility, user acquisition, and trading volume growth. The role demands a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication, and hands-on project management skills. This job is based in London but may require travel between Thailand and the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and expand XTB Thai’s network of partners across financial, trading, and educational sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships to increase user acquisition and trading activity.
  • Create and implement partnership strategies that align with XTB’s business goals, focusing on sustainable collaboration and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and educational events that leverage partner reach and audience trust.
  • Monitor partner performance to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Sales team to align partnership activities with sales objectives and optimise results for both user growth and revenue.
  • Track and report partnership KPIs, analysing impact and adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Support the development of training and enablement materials for partners to ensure brand alignment and effective communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or affiliate marketing — preferably in the financial services, fintech, or brokerage industry in Thailand.
  • Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership strategies and creative initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Solid analytical skills — capable of interpreting data to assess partnership performance and make data-informed decisions.
  • Understanding of financial markets and products, including stocks, ETFs, CFDs, commodities, and other instruments.
  • Basic knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex, multi-source data and adapting to rapid industry changes.
  • Self-starter attitude thriving in fast-moving, experimental environments.
  • Proficient in English and Thai, both in verbal communication and writing, with the ability to work in an international environment.
