XSITE LLC is looking for an Integration Test Engineer to join our team in Newport, Rhode Island to support the NUWC NEWPORT Code 25 CANES Tactical Networks office/contract. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned company headquartered in San Diego. We provide full spectrum systems and systems-of-systems engineering and integration services and solutions for space, C5ISR, cyber and enterprise information systems. Our core capabilities include AI/ML, Software Development & Sustainment, Systems Engineering (including MBSE), and Modeling & Simulation.

Position Summary - We are seeking an Integration Test Engineer to support submarine network modernization efforts. In this role, you will develop test plans and procedures for both subsystem/application integration and baseline changes to the submarine tactical network. You will execute testing in the laboratory environment, document results, analyze any discrepancies, and support certification efforts.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop detailed test plans and test procedures for subsystem and application integration as well as baseline changes, ensuring verification of performance objectives and impact assessment on submarine networks and major systems.
  • Execute integration testing and baseline change testing in the laboratory environment in accordance with approved test plans and procedures.
  • Document test results using standardized report templates and deliver clear, comprehensive test reports.
  • Analyze discrepancies and issues identified during testing, determine root causes, and contribute to resolution efforts.
  • Support certification efforts by preparing briefing materials and presentations that summarise test plans, execution, and results for technical reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
  • Two (2) years of experience as a certification tester of DoD network systems
  • Active Secret clearance required with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI access and work in classified environments including SIPRNet and NATO systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in RHEL, Windows Server, Windows Client, VMWare, Ansible, Cisco, NETSEC, DoD PKI, Aruba and Cloud computing
  • Experience with NAVWAR Modernization and Application Integration processes
