Xsell is a Global B2B Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Company based in Belfast. We specialise in Information Technology, IT Security, and software, providing lead generation and supporting marketing services directly to clients and through a growing partner network. We are now recruiting a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team due to exceptional demand and to support our ambitious growth plans.
Role Description
- Research and identify relevant target accounts and key decision-makers
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Initiate commercially relevant conversations with senior stakeholders
- Qualify opportunities and book high‑quality meetings for the sales team
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline through structured outreach
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow‑ups effectively
- Contribute to ongoing campaign optimisation and outbound improvements
- Represent Xsell professionally in all prospect interactions
