XSci is hiring a data leader to own the data capture, quality, and governance that underpin frontier AI evaluation. You will design task schemas and rubrics, prove provenance, and enable clear data usage rights from day one, working directly with the founder, Chief Scientist, and CTO in a newly formed data team.
You will run end-to-end expert labeling programs, establish an auditable dataset lineage, and build the production data services that underpin both model testing and product deployment.
