We’re growing – and we’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge. As a fast growing player in CNC manufacturing, we pride ourselves on delivering precision-engineered solutions across industries. Now, we’re seeking a dynamic individual who can expand our customer base, strengthen existing relationships, and build our market presence – both online and on the ground.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in manufacturing, engineering, and related sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at relevant industry shows, exhibitions, and networking events in the UK and beyond.
  • Marketing & Content: Oversee and contribute to the company’s marketing activities – including managing LinkedIn, website, and content updates to maintain a professional, engaging online presence.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Run and refine outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach campaigns to keep our pipeline full.
