XRC Engineering is looking for an experienced 5-Axis CNC Programmer / Machinist. We are a precision engineering company specialising in high-quality CNC machining, producing complex components for a range of demanding applications, including robotics, defence and advanced engineering. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong understanding of complex machining strategies and can confidently take components from CAD models through to finished parts. Minimum 8 years' experience in CNC programming and machining. Highly proficient in Autodesk Fusion 360 CAM , particularly simultaneous 5-axis programming. Experience with Haas CNC machines , including their operation, setup and controls. Strong understanding of 3+2 and simultaneous 5-axis machining strategies. Ability to programme, set up and optimise machining processes independently. Experience machining complex, high-precision components across a range of materials.
