Als Holding koordinieren wir verschiedene Projekte in den Bereichen KfZ-Technik, Werkstattaufbau und Motorsport. Neben der operativen Entwicklung einer modernen Werkstatt sind wir aktiv im Rennsport engagiert. Zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und zur Strukturierung unserer Hintergrundprozesse suchen wir eine organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die administrative und operative Themen eigenverantwortlich steuert.

Dein Aufgabenbereich
- Reise- & Terminmanagement: Organisation nationaler und internationaler Reisen (Flüge, Hotels, Logistik) sowie Planung von Rennveranstaltungen und Testtagen; Kalenderkoordination der Geschäftsführung
- Projektkoordination: UnterstĂĽtzung beim Aufbau und Betrieb einer KfZ-Werkstatt; Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern und Lieferanten sowie Einholen von Angeboten
- Kaufmännische Organisation: Vorbereitung von Buchhaltungs- und Lohnabrechnungsunterlagen; Rechnungsprüfung und Dokumentenmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Head of Family Office
- Administration: Aufbau und Pflege digitaler Ablagesysteme sowie allgemeine administrative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft
Dein Profil
- Berufserfahrung: Hintergrund in der Assistenz, im Projektmanagement, Logistik- oder Eventbereich.
- Arbeitsweise: strukturiert, zuverlässig und mit hoher Eigeninitiative bei der Koordination paralleler Themenfelder
- Affinität: Grundinteresse an Automotive, Technik und Motorsport zum besseren Verständnis der Kernprozesse
- IT-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen digitalen Tools
- Flexibilität: Reisebereitschaft und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen bei Veranstaltungen, auch am Wochenende
- Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch (verhandlungssicher)
