This fantastic opportunity gives you the chance to work on everything from bespoke vehicles to exciting promotional builds for large brands. Xquisite Productions are the UK’s leading production company, working with large brands and marketing companies to produce bespoke items ranging from custom vehicles, creative retail displays, bespoke and crazy activations/stunts, all the way through to fully immersive experiential events.

We are looking for a Production Director to join our team in our 35,000sq ft state of the art site in Merstham, Surrey.

  • Experience in various production processes from carpentry to metalwork
  • Experience in production management
  • Ability to be part of a strong management group
  • Collaborate with all cross-business functions with particular focus on liaison between account management, workshop and technical
  • Coordinate, prioritise and organise all aspects of the production process
  • Schedule & communicate existing/potential projects, considering capacity and practical requirements
  • Ensure quality of final output aligns and exceeds expectations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Analyse project data to ensure agreed margins are met
  • Lead pre/post installation process for activations and ensure key documentation (RAMS, Critical Paths etc.)
  • Delivery of project status reports, timesheets, budgets, using GANTT charts and production schedules
  • Chair production meetings on a weekly basis
