About the Role
The Production Manager will be primarily responsible for coordinating and delivering experiential productions, harmonising cross functional activity in conjunction with the Account Management Team to deliver on time, on budget, high end builds. They should be a strong self-starter, motivated and unafraid of a challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all productions are delivered within the timeframes stated.
- Attend all required meetings and ensure clear communication between technical/design and account management departments, through to workshop production and operational support.
- Co-Chair the Weekly Production Meeting.
- In conjunction with the Account Managers ensure all project boards are established and up to date for all builds, including Production Timelines (Critical Paths etc.).
- Drive sustainable production, processes, and material procurement in all we do at all stages.
- Quality controlling all productions, pre-Managing Director to ensure we deliver our immaculately high standard of work.
- Co-ordinate, prioritise and organise all aspects of production.
- Schedule and communicate existing projects vs. capacity.
- Lead outsourcing requirements/partners where required in conjunction with Operations.
- Senior lead for all on-site productions.
- Delivery of project status reports (WIPS), Timesheets, GANTS or alternate production schedules.
- Ensuring all projects are built to the required production specification.
- Identify areas for improvement and efficiencies in relation to your business area.
- Establish and implement processes and standards to deliver consistent and high-quality results.
