XQ Technical is hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our high-performance engineering division. This is a senior-level 360 role focused on placing technical talent into some of the UK’s most exciting engineering environments β€” from Formula One and electric vehicle R&D, to aerospace systems and defence innovation.

You’ll be responsible for new business development, strategic account management, and full-cycle recruitment delivery, operating with autonomy in a high-value, high-impact market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business in advanced engineering and high-performance sectors
  • Build and manage client partnerships with top-tier firms and SMEs
  • Recruit for roles across design, R&D, manufacturing, and engineering leadership
  • Act as a market expert β€” advising on salary benchmarks, market trends, and talent strategy
