We are currently recruiting Composite Fitters / Trimmers to support a fast-paced motorsport manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working on high-value carbon fibre components where accuracy, speed, and quality are critical.
You will be involved in the trimming, fitting, and finishing of composite parts to exacting motorsport standards, supporting both build and race schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Trimming and finishing carbon fibre components using hand tools and air tools
- Drilling, fettling, bonding, and fitting composite parts
- Reading and working from engineering drawings and build instructions
- Ensuring components meet strict quality and dimensional standards
- Working to tight deadlines in a high-pressure motorsport environment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Composite Fitter / Trimmer
- Background in motorsport, F1, automotive, aerospace, or high-performance engineering
- Confident using trimming tools (routers, drills, sanders, hand tools)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Able to work independently and as part of a build team
