We are working with a high-performance motorsport consultancy operating at the cutting edge of engineering and manufacturing. Due to increased project demand, they are looking to bring in an experienced CMM Programmer with strong PC-DMIS capability and a solid background in precision inspection. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment where quality and turnaround time are critical.
The Role
- Program and operate CMM machines using PC-DMIS
- Carry out detailed inspection of complex components to tight tolerances
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
- Support manufacturing and engineering teams with inspection data and feedback
- Develop and optimise inspection routines and processes
- Ensure all work meets strict quality and documentation standards
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a CMM Programmer in a precision engineering environment
- Strong working knowledge of PC-DMIS (essential)
- Solid background in inspection of complex / high-tolerance components
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Experience within motorsport, aerospace, or high-performance engineering is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
