As a Model Technician you will join an established Model Shop team, responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of aero models, as well as assisting the development tests in the Wind Tunnel.
Other day to day responsibilities will include –
- Preparation of parts for use in the Wind Tunnel and assembly/checking of Wind Tunnel models.
- Executing model changes in the Wind Tunnel for aerodynamic development tests and liaison with the aerodynamicists to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain strong quality control for components manufacturing as well providing technical feedback on components.
