We are seeking an experienced Composite Fitter to support specialist projects within a leading Motorsport/F1 consultancy. We are looking for adaptable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. In this role, you will be responsible for fitting, trimming, assembling, and finishing structural composite components, ensuring all parts meet the highest performance and quality standards expected in elite motorsport.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience fitting and assembling high-performance composite components within Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace, or similar advanced engineering environments
- Strong background working to tight tolerances, including drilling, bonding, trimming, fettling, and precision assembly of composite structures
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, job cards, and build specifications
- Flexibility to work across shift patterns and meet demanding project timelines
