We are currently recruiting Composite Fitters / Trimmers to support a fast-paced motorsport manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on role working on high‑value carbon fibre components where accuracy, speed, and quality are critical. You will be involved in the trimming, fitting, and finishing of composite parts to exacting motorsport standards, supporting both build and race schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Trimming and finishing carbon fibre components using hand tools and air tools
- Drilling, fettling, bonding, and fitting composite parts
