We are seeking Senior Pensions Administrators to join our team, providing top-tier administration for trust-based pension schemes. Responsibilities include guiding team members, checking and verifying tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with pension laws. Strong communication and proactive support are essential.
- Train and support junior team members.
- Verify and authorize team activities.
- Calculate and dispense scheme benefits.
- Maintain membership records.
- Engage in project work assigned by managers.
- Coordinate with clients, actuaries, and third parties.
- Offer verbal and written technical insights.
- Ensure ISO and AAF accreditation compliance.
- Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements (Essential)
- Experience in defined benefit schemes and the pensions sector.
- Organisational skills and a methodical approach.
- Support development of high standards and customer service.
- Effective communication and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
