First‐time outsourcing and large‐scale transition activity
Essential Experience
Experience working with Defined Benefit schemes or Defined Contribution schemes
Strong understanding of pensions administration processes
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, legislation and scheme rules
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills (phone, email, letter)
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Desirable
Experience checking or mentoring others
Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making ability
Project or technical pensions experience
Studying toward (or interest in) professional pensions qualifications — CPC, QPA, DPC, RPC, APMI
Qualifications
Strong GCSE Maths and English (B/6 or above preferred)
A‐Levels or equivalent experience
