We\'re seeking a motivated Practice Manager / Bookkeeper / Office All-Rounder to join our small team. We are looking for a minimum of 15 hours per week, flexible with work days and hours.

About the Role

This hands-on position covers all aspects of practice administration, bookkeeping and operational support. You will work closely with the Director to ensure the practice runs smoothly and clients receive the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of office operations and administration
  • Maintain and update practice management systems and client records
  • Assist with ATO lodgements, ASIC compliance and correspondence
  • Ensure smooth communication and a professional client experience

About You

You\'re organised, proactive and comfortable wearing many hats. You take pride in keeping things running efficiently, maintaining accuracy and supporting both clients and your team.

You’ll bring

  • Experience in an accounting or tax practice (essential)
  • Understanding of ATO and ASIC processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience in Word, Excel and Outlook (essential)
