About the Role

FireProof is growing and we are looking for a friendly, organised Coordinator who can keep our technicians moving and our customers smiling.

You will be the key link between our clients and our field team booking jobs, juggling schedules, solving problems and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you love a fast-paced day, enjoy talking to people, and have a knack for planning and organising, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate daily work to our technicians.
• Keep customers updated and ensure they feel looked after.
• Monitor job progress and support the tech team with anything they need.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and job details.
• Coordinate communication between the office and field.
• Assist with troubleshooting to keep delays to a minimum.
• Support continuous improvement of our processes and service delivery.

What You Bring

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Confident, friendly communication style.
• Experience in a coordination or scheduling role (preferred).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Be a self-starter and work autonomously.
• Comfortable with scheduling software and basic reporting tools.
