Located in the beautiful suburb of Warners Bay in Lake Macquarie, Arena Tiles is a leader in premium tiling and waterproofing solutions, known for our commitment to quality, customer service and exceptional project delivery.

Due to continued growth within the Business, we are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of material orders, delivery logistics and internal communication. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multi-tasking, and takes pride in running operations with accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the ordering of materials, samples and supplies for upcoming projects
• Coordinate delivery scheduling with suppliers, transport companies and internal teams
• Live tracking of project materials orders so that our internal teams can be aware of lead times and logistics
• Provide general administrative support across the office
• Assist with document formatting, filing and digital record-keeping
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and customers in a professional manner

About You

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Positive attitude, initiative-driven and a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in construction, trades or supply management (desirable but not essential)
