The Company

This household name in the commercial landscape construction arena has landed a large number of projects in the Sydney market, meaning things are looking bright for 2026 onwards. They want to continue this success by hiring an Estimator for current and future tenders. They have a strong and ever-growing reputation for delivering demanding and challenging projects for Local Councils and Builders. Their high-profile projects are between $100K and $5M, involving all elements of landscaping, with their forte being in parks, playgrounds, street scapes, and commercial builds.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a competent Estimator with landscape construction experience who is keen to join a dynamic and supportive in-house team. This role will allow you to work with some of the best and most experienced industry professionals in NSW. A rare opportunity to be a key cog in an expanding company with the potential to progress into a Senior Estimator role.

The Role

  • Take offs
  • Price and tender multi-million dollar projects
  • Site visits and inspections
  • Handover of estimate to construction team
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors

The Requirements

  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction OR Horticulture
  • Strong site experience and knowledge of how to build projects
  • Eager to learn, evolve, and grow
  • Personality and culture fit is very important!
