Allegiance Heart & Home Care is a trusted NDIS and Home Care provider committed to delivering compassionate care you deserve. We provide a full range of supports including personal care, domestic assistance, nursing and clinical care, transport, allied health, respite, and Home Care Package management (Levels 1–4).

We're seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Client Engagement Officer to help us connect with NDIS participants, Home Care clients, and referral partners across Western Sydney and surrounding regions. This role focuses on community engagement, relationship building, and participant onboarding; experience in aged care or NDIS is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong referral networks with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, GPs, and community organisations.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and face-to-face visits to promote Allegiance's services.
  • Respond to participant and family enquiries, providing accurate service information.
  • Coordinate service agreements and ensure smooth onboarding for new consumers and participants.
  • Maintain accurate records and monthly reports of leads, conversions, and referrals.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in NDIS, Home Care, or health/community services (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in NDIS or Home Care services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of NDIS and Aged Care systems.
  • Working knowledge of NDIS and Aged Care systems and processes.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and community-minded.
  • Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Must be able to meet KPI.
  • Must have current Australian work rights.
