We are building a scalable, performance-driven organisation with strong margins, disciplined execution, and long-term growth. With expansion plans across Australia and internationally, we are seeking a General Manager to lead the business through its next phase of growth.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall performance, strategy, and execution of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing all core functions, including sales, operations, and delivery
- Building, hiring, and developing high-performing teams across the organisation
- Driving revenue growth with a strong focus on gross profit (GP) and efficiency
- Setting and executing business strategy and expansion plans
- Establishing structure, processes, and accountability across departments
- Expanding operations locally and into international markets
- Working closely with directors on performance, reporting, and strategic direction
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a General Manager / COO / Senior Leadership role
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling a business from the ground up
- Strong track record in leading teams and driving growth
- Experience in sales-driven organisations (solar/energy highly regarded)
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on
- Strong commercial acumen with focus on profitability and sustainable growth
