The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a passion for the RV/leisure industry and a desire to help customers find the perfect recreational vehicle.

Salary: A$135,000-$200,000 p/a (Base & Commission OTE). Employment type: On-site. Posted 2 days ago.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Stay knowledgeable about current RV models and industry trends
- Attend training and sales meetings as required
- Following up on enquires via phone, email and SMS
- Proactively search for new business opportunities
- Guiding customers through the entire sales process
Attributes required
- Fundamental knowledge of the sales process
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for travel
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to use technology with a solid understanding of CRM systems
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Previous Automotive Sales experience is highly regarded
