Our clients property is situated in a stunning location in the Scottish Highlands, offering guests the perfect setting to both explore and unwind while enjoying exceptional service, food, drinks, and breath-taking views. The team is also highly knowledgeable about the area, having scaled mountains, explored lochs, and discovered some beloved hidden gems for guests to enjoy.
The role
You will lead and inspire our clients team of chefs, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and portion control. As a strong coach, mentor, and communicator, you'll share your passion and expertise in food, guiding the team to success. You'll also be ready to step up and lead in the Head Chef's absence.
In addition, you'll collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure our guests receive an outstanding dining experience.
