The Job
As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be fully responsible for managing everything within your department, supported by a dedicated team and reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, as part of your remit you will be responsible for high customer ratings, impeccable service and increasing sales and profit throughout the business as and where possible without negatively impacting on the customer experience.
You will be fully responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience; you will be highly visible in the front-of-house operation and will spend time communicating with your guests in this highly engaging and vibrant environment.
This is definitely NOT an office-based role, neither is it corporate focussed, just pure hospitality and delivering the extra touches that will make the difference.
The Person
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a background gained within the hospitality arena perhaps from hotel operations where tourists and return customers staying at the hotel are part of your core residency and are looking for that first-class experience every time they visit.
