The Place

Our client owns and operates Scottish high-end resorts, offering spectacular hotels, new large-scale MICE facilities and world-class golf. The resorts have benefited from considerable new build and refurbishment investment as of late. This resort property is also affiliated with a worldwide Luxury Collection Brand.

The Outlet Manager Job

This is a challenging role in which we will be looking for you to have knowledge of all bar standards, and produce quality presentation, service and products as well as adhere to local legislation and current hospitality standards. You will effectively manage the distribution of workload amongst self and direct reports and respond appropriately to guest needs during hours of operation.
Leading the team by setting a positive example, rewarding or performance managing as appropriate, you will also be leading the team by creating an environment in which direct reports can take responsibility and authority for their own work and development.
You will be aiming to display an understanding of the impact that menu choices have on productivity and profitability and will provide creative methods for improving Customer Service, and much more on request. It is a busy, busy role indeed.

The Person we are after

You must have at least 3 years of experience within a similar 5-star or similar luxury environment as a Food and Beverage professional. You may currently be a Head of Department or an Assistant Outlet Manager with a proven track record in Food and Beverage and looking to consolidate your career with your next move. It is essential that you possess the following key skills for this highly prized Outlet Manager role:

• An understanding of operational P&L accounts
• Delivery of on-target Food and Beverage revenue remits and achieving accurate stock audit results
• You will be astute in forward business planning and people management
