As the Resort Operations Director, you will be responsible for the complete day-to-day running of this standalone resort. You will have full responsibility for all financial matters which have been agreed upon by you and the owners. As Operational Director, you will have full autonomy to evaluate all revenue streams and implement strategic and operational changes in order to enhance and drive overall Resort growth and profitability.
While working closely with your financial director to ensure all capital expenditure and projects are in line with agreed budgets, which would be the final sign off from the owners of the business. As Operational Director, you will be expected to lead by example and be the Resorts Ambassador. It is also expected that you will manage and develop all your people in line with departmental remits, and you will have the overall remit for implementing all standards to be in line with the company’s compliance 5-star policies and company’s SOPs.
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experienced individual who has worked within a Hotel Resort environment where they have gained a full all-round experience in Leisure and Corporate Account Management, as well as someone that has a first-class financial background in achieving budgets across resorts/outlets while pushing standards forward through developing all employees to maximise their potential in their given roles.
