As Hotel Operations Manager you will be part of the repositioning of the hotel to become a property offering varied services with a broad product offering that entices guests to stay and use the facilities within. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations across all departments.
Plan and direct hotel operations to ensure quality, standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with Heads of Departments to monitor business levels and assist in managing budgeted costs. Assist all departments in achieving revenue/profit targets. Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and regular meetings. Ensure compliance with legislation, including Health & Safety and Food Safety. Support and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The Person
