The Job:

As General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete day-to-day running of operations and overseeing the business strategy within this prestigious property. We are looking to recruit a passionate individual to join a hard-working team looking to push the service up a level. You will report directly to the Area Manager, and ensure that daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion, whilst assisting with the development of the core strategy, controlling staffing levels and working within agreed budgets. Consistently delivering and exceeding customer expectations twinned with keeping in close communication with the Company\’s Senior Management Team, overall F&B team, kitchen brigade and suppliers is paramount to this client\’s success.

You will need to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure as well as manage all within the business as and when required.
